            3. legal grounds for processing:

              1. for the purposes of the contract, contact related to the contract – processing is necessary to perform the contract.

TIME OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Your data will be stored by us for the following period:
    1. for purposes related to the provision of electronic services in the field of sharing the content collected on the Portal, including servicing the User’s account on the Portal – to delete the User’s account on the Portal, unless there are other processing purposes,
    2. for the purposes of implementing the contract concluded with us – until all possible claims related to the contract are time-barred, but not earlier than 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the contract-related tax payment deadline expired,
    3. for the purposes of issuing a VAT invoice – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax related to the contract concluded with us expired,
    4. for the purposes of marketing, formulating offers, informing about promotions, submitting an offer, sending a newsletter – until the effective objection to the processing of personal data (if the legal basis for the operation of ForniryKamienne.pl was its legitimate interest) or until the consent is withdrawn (if the basis for the operation ForniryKamienne.pl you gave your consent),
    5. for the purpose of handling inquiries in the contact form or on the Fanpage – until the end of handling your inquiry, unless your inquiry concerns a contract that you have concluded with us, products or services offered by us or other situations that may involve a possible court process – then your data will be stored for a period of 10 years from receiving your inquiry,
    6. in terms of activity on Fanpage – until you or by ForniryKamienne.pl remove the effects of your activity on Fanpage.

RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

  1. You have the right to:
    1. request access to data – you have the right to ask us for any information about your data,

    2. request rectification of data – when your data is no longer valid or untrue, we will correct it after your request,

    3. data deletion requests – you have the right to request deletion of data from our databases,

    4. requests to limit the scope of processing – you have, for example, the right to request us to delete some of your data, request to limit its use only for certain purposes, or request to limit the time for which the data will be stored by us,

    5. raise an objection:

      • to the processing of data by us, which we process on the basis that it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by forniryKamienne.pl. The objection should describe your specific situation that justifies the cessation of data processing by us,
      • if personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes,
    6. data transfer – you have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to another administrator,

    7. withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data by us at any time – in this case (if the basis for processing was consent) we will stop processing your data, however, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

    8. lodging a complaint to the supervisory body – if you find that the manner in which we process your data is incorrect, you can submit a complaint to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection / the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  2. ForniryKamienne.pl does not use automated decision making, including profiling. ForniryKamienne.pl uses Cookies on the Portal on the terms described below.

FREEDOM TO PROVIDE DATA

  1. You provide us with your personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide the data necessary to conclude a contract with ForniryKamienne.pl may prevent its conclusion. Refusal to provide contact details (telephone number, e-mail address) may cause difficulties in contact related to the implementation of the contract or handling the inquiry. In the remaining scope, the refusal to provide data does not have negative consequences.

    2. in the case of data of natural persons conducting sole proprietorship processed outside the Portal:

    3. in the case of natural persons who do not conduct business activity, processed outside the Portal

    4. in the case of contact persons on behalf of business entities (legal persons, organizational units without legal personality, sole proprietorships) processed outside the Portal:

      1. directly from you,
      2. from the entity on behalf of which you have been appointed to contact,
      3. from publicly available sources – such as the KRS databases,
    5. in the case of persons authorized to represent business entities (legal persons, organizational units without legal personality) processed outside the Portal:

      1. from the entity you are entitled to represent,
      2. from publicly available sources – such as the KRS databases.
    6. Your data may be transferred to the following entities:

      1. specialized entities providing IT services for our systems,
      2. entities providing accounting and legal services to us,
      3. marketing agencies providing services to us, including entities running Fanpage on our behalf,
      4. agents running stores under the ForniryKamienne.pl brand,
      5. public administration bodies,
      6. payment operators,
      7. entities maintaining our virtual servers and providing hosting services to us,
      8. entities providing postal and courier services,
      9. our subcontractors.
    7. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission.

COOKIES

  1. ForniryKamienne.pl uses Cookies on the Portal. Cookies are used on the Device of the User and the person using the Portal after their consent.
  2. ForniryKamienne.pl uses both its own Cookies (first-party cookies) and external Cookies (third-party cookies). In the case of own ForniryKamienne.pl Cookies, the server requesting the placement of the file on the Device is the ForniryKamienne.pl server. In the case of external Cookies, it is a server of a website other than ForniryKamienne.pl (for example, the Portal uses Google Analytics Cookies to collect statistical data on the activity of the User and the person using the Portal on the Portal, and thus to improve the quality of services provided to these people. In this case, after generating an anonymous identifier, the traffic of Users using the Portal and Users is analyzed, the number of Portal views, the first and last Portal views, session end time and the origin of Users and Users of the Portal are measured).

  6. The User and the person using the Portal are entitled to edit the method of using Cookies or stop using them at any time. For this purpose, they should make appropriate changes using the settings in the web browser or by using the service configuration.
  7. Lack of consent to the use of Cookies or its withdrawal may limit the functionality of the Portal.
