In reality, veneer is a flexible, thin layer of natural stone, produced mainly in India. This stone is extracted from quarries in the form of large rock blocks. These blocks are then separated into smaller fragments, from which the stone wallpaper is made.

In specially prepared production halls, the blocks are ground on one side to achieve a glassy surface. Then, a layer of resin, fiberglass, and a primer are applied, which provide the veneer with flexibility and high durability.
